Circular & Recycled Packaging
Our standard plastic satchels are made with at least 80% recycled content and are 100% recyclable. We continue working with REDcycle partners and Australian paper mills for cardboard cartons.
Carbon Offsetting & Energy
Through Climate Active certified offset programs, all consumer parcel deliveries sent via our retail and domestic network have their emissions measured and completely offset.

We actively support the Indigenous Literacy Foundation, delivering over 700,000 culturally appropriate books to children in remote Indigenous communities across Australia.
